Individual Therapy
Working with teens
It's normal for teens to struggle- and it's important that they learn healthy ways to cope with stress and doubt along the way. Research shows that therapy is most effective when clients have a strong relationship with their therapist and believe that their treatment plan will help them meet their goals. Teens in particular need to like and trust their therapist in order to feel safe enough to learn new skills and make progress toward their goals.
